Overview

We at Destination: Branded (the "Company", "we", "us" or "our"), operating as an individual business, respect your privacy and your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") describes what information we collect about you, including how we collect it, how we use it, with whom we may share it and what choices you have regarding our use of your information.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected on our website, located at www.destinationbranded.com (the "Service"), and any associated content, material, or service contained on the Service (collectively, the "Services" and, together with the Service, the "System"). This Privacy Policy is not intended to and does not create any contractual or other legal right in or on behalf of any party. The Privacy Policy is meant to be straightforward, and we designed the Service with your privacy in mind.

What Information Do We Collect?

The Company collects information about you from a variety of sources, including information that you provide directly to us when you contact us, sign up for an account as a creator or brand, or otherwise interact with the Service. We also collect information about you through your access to our Service (including access logs). The information may be stored on our services, and on the services of our third-party service providers.

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number (optional)

  • Social media handles

  • Trip information (including destination and dates for creators planning group trips)

  • Content samples (for creators wishing to showcase their work to potential brand partners)

  • Any other information you choose to provide

Information Collected Automatically

We collect information automatically from you when you visit us. Such information includes the following:

Usage Information: We collect information about how you interact with the Service. This includes information such as the dates and times that you visit the Service, the pages you view, referring/exit links, your browser type and your device information. In some cases, we collect this information through cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies. To learn more about these technologies, please see the Cookies section below.

Device Information: We may collect information about the devices you use to access the Service, including your device model, IP address, operating system, and unique device identifiers.

Cookies

By placing a small file known as a "cookie" on your device, the Company's and its third-party providers' servers passively gather information about all visitors' use of the System for the following purposes: statistics collection and analysis, System optimization, analytics, and maintenance of user login information.

The information that we and our third-party providers track with cookies includes, but is not limited to, the type of browser and Internet-connected devices being used to access the System, your Internet protocol ("IP") address, your home domain or Internet service provider, your referrer URL (which is the URL for the website that you were viewing prior to visiting the System), how you were directed to the System, which specific pages you access on the System, how long you view each page, the time and date you access our System and the total number of visitors to the System.

We, and/or our third-party providers, may use the information collected from cookies or similar files on your computer for security purposes (such as authentication), to facilitate site navigation, to remember your preferences and to personalize your experience while visiting the System. This data helps us and our third-party providers improve our respective products and services. By rejecting cookies, your use of the Service may be limited.

Google Analytics

The System may use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google, in order to better understand your use of our System and how we can improve it. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit a website, what pages you visit when you do so, and what other websites you used prior to coming to such website. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit a website, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with your personal information.

Although Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit a website, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. Google's ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to the Service is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy.

In any such transactions, personal information generally is, and should be expected to be, one of the transferred business assets.

Aggregate Information: We may share aggregate (non-personally identifiable) information with certain third parties such as advertisers and industry organizations.

Legal Requirements: We may also disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with the legal process, such as a court order, warrant, legal investigation or other legal processes, to prevent or detect criminal activity and to protect the safety of anyone.

Legal Rights Protection: Further, we may share your information if necessary to protect our legal rights and the legal rights of our users, service providers or other interested parties, or to investigate any potential illegal activity, fraud or other wrongdoing.

User-Generated Content and Intellectual Property

Platform Display Rights: By uploading content samples to the Service (such as photos, videos, or other creative work), you grant Destination: Branded a limited, non-exclusive license to display such content on our platform solely for the purpose of facilitating creator-brand connections.

Creator-Brand Agreements: Any agreements regarding content ownership, usage rights, licensing, or compensation between creators and brands are made directly between those parties and are outside the scope of this Privacy Policy.
